I never had to go into the office. I would text her and she would provide me updates. Always kept me informed of the process and next steps. She was amazing. The girl who hit me did not have much insurance but this office did an AMAZING AMAZING job in getting my bills reduced and also reduced their fees. I would definitely recommend them 100%!!
